Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Whish Card as payment methods. Most customers prefer Cash on Delivery, which allows you to pay for your order when it arrives.
Can I pay when my order arrives?
Yes. With Cash on Delivery, you can place your order online and pay the courier in cash when your package is delivered.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and select your preferred payment method to complete your order.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after they are processed.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 24 hours before being shipped.
Do you provide order tracking?
Currently, tracking numbers are not provided. However, the courier will contact you before delivery to confirm your order.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Lebanon only.
What is the delivery fee?
A $4 delivery fee is applied to all orders. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes. If the product you received is not working or not functional, you can request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product.
