At SmartHomeLB, we aim to provide products that are reliable and meet your expectations. If you receive a product that is not working properly, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return only if the product is not working or is not functional upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging and accessories (if any).

Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer.

  • The request is made after 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product issue is not related to functionality.

Return Process

If you receive a product that is not working, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Phone number used during checkout

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the problem (if possible)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Refunds or Replacement

Once the returned product is inspected and confirmed to be defective or not functional, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product, or

  • Arrange a refund, depending on the situation.

Since most orders are placed using Cash on Delivery, refunds may be processed through an agreed method with the customer.
