At SmartHomeLB, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably across Lebanon.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours after they are placed.
Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared and handed over to our delivery partner.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

After processing, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location within Lebanon.

Our delivery partner will contact you before delivery to confirm the order.

Shipping Fees

A standard delivery fee of $4 is applied to all orders.
The shipping fee is clearly shown at checkout before completing your purchase.

Payment Methods

We currently offer the following payment options:

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay in cash when your order arrives.
Whish Card – A widely used local payment option in Lebanon.

Most customers choose Cash on Delivery for convenience and flexibility.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Lebanon only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Information

At the moment, tracking numbers are not provided for orders.
However, our delivery partner will contact you directly before delivery to ensure smooth and successful order fulfillment.

Delivery Partner

All deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partner iCarry, ensuring safe and reliable delivery across Lebanon.

Returns & Failed Deliveries

Since orders are paid using Cash on Delivery, customers have the option to return the product to the courier at the time of delivery if they decide not to accept the order.

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may contact you again to reschedule the delivery.
